Welcome to Zaheer Timbers LLP, where the legacy of timber craftsmanship spans over five generations, dating back to the establishment of the first sawmill by our great-grandfather, Mr. Sheikh Mohammad Yousuf, around 1925. Our rich heritage in the timber trade has evolved through the years, transitioning from forest leases to the contemporary realm of imported timber. Today, we take pride in continuing the legacy of excellence set by our forefathers, offering a wide array of timber products and services.
In the early days, our family played a pivotal role in the timber industry, with our great-grandfather actively involved in the founding of one of the earliest sawmills. This marked the beginning of our enduring journey in the timber trade, which has flourished through the dedication and passion of each successive generation. Over the years, we have witnessed significant transformations in the industry, adapting our expertise to align with modern demands and international standards.
During the era of our grandfather, who held forest leases, we primarily engaged in procuring wood through government auctions. This practice allowed us to acquire high-quality timber from various sources, a tradition that has continued to shape our commitment to excellence. Following in the footsteps of our ancestors, we have transitioned to dealing in imported timber, broadening our scope to cater to diverse customer needs.
Under the guidance of Mr. Sheikh Mohammad Zaheer, our services expanded to specialize in ceiling solutions, particularly in CP Teak and UP Teak. These varieties, sourced from Brazil and South Africa, have become synonymous with our commitment to quality. Additionally, we ventured into hardwood from Malaysia, encompassing species like Meranti, Kapur, and more. Our product range also includes an assortment of decorative woods, reflecting our dedication to providing a comprehensive selection to our clients.
